ASC releases PowerSeller GPS, an technology solution designed to help mortgage brokers and bankers enhance their secondary marketing profitability.

ASC holds its first Performance Hedging Workshop, a continuing education series aimed at helping secondary marketers and risk managers exploit the advantages of PowerSeller to grow their business.

ASC Releases version 5.0 of its top-selling PowerSeller System.
It represents the latest innovation in secondary marketing
& pipeline risk management.
ASC releases PowerLender, The Loan Origination System of
Choice.
2000
The PowerSeller’s functionality grows with the addition
of data handling, post closing, and a custom data application
modules.
1999
ASC begins development efforts on PowerLender, a java-based
next generation loan origination & processing system.
It is slated for a 2003 general release.
The PowerSeller Secondary Marketing & Risk Management
System is chosen as one of the 20 Innovative Products for
1999 by the editors of Mortgage Originator Magazine. Products
included in this list were chosen on the basis of technological
developments that lenders, originators and others find useful.
PowerSeller was the only secondary marketing system named
to the list.
1998
ASC celebrates 20 years of providing quality loan automation
systems and outstanding customer service to leading edge lenders.
1997
ASC introduces PowerSeller's Risk Manager, a breakthrough
pipeline risk management system.
1996
ASC introduces the PowerSeller Secondary Marketing System.
The release of PowerSeller represents the culmination of a
three-year development effort. ASC continues to support MARK
II.
ASC ports UNI-FORM to Windows.
1994
The last UNI-FORM system based on mini-computers converts
to a PC-based system. ASC provides full support for this much
older technology to protect our customers investment in ASC-developed
systems.
1991
The MARK II Secondary Marketing System becomes ASC’s
first offering in the secondary marketing software arena.
1988
ASC becomes one of the first companies in the nation to have
staff members complete Novell’s Certified NetWare Engineer
(CNE) training. To this day ASC takes an active role in the
support of software operating systems, DBMSs, and a variety
of other third-party hardware and software required by ASC’s
lending applications.
UNI-FORM is named “Best of Class” in Loan Origination
by The Microbanker Research Letter, an independent research
publication that examines the use of PCs in various banking
applications.
1986
ASC ports UNI-FORM to a new platform: DOS-based personal computers
(PCs) and PC Local Area Networks (LANs). This results in systems that are
faster, more scaleable, better supported, and hence more efficient
and affordable for UNI-FORM users.
1978
ASC introduces the UNI-FORM
Loan Processing System. UNI-FORM is the first mortgage processing
system to enable non-programmers to change the way the system
requests borrower data, performs financial and other calculations,
prints loan documents and reports, and transmits data to other
computers.
